Seana Weaver Coaching & Consulting helps mission-driven leaders do meaningful work without losing themselves in the process. Founded in 2025, this coaching practice draws on Seana’s 20+ years of nonprofit executive experience to support leaders navigating the real challenges of tight resources, big visions, and the human side of leading teams. With a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science: Consulting and Coaching Organizations from Bastyr University’s Leadership Institute of Seattle, Seana brings both deep organizational expertise and compassionate, action-oriented coaching to nonprofit executives and mission-driven professionals ready to move from frustration to focus.
