Current Lynn Museum & Arts Center members are invited to attend our 126th annual meeting. Register here >>
In addition to business updates, the Membership will vote on updated by-laws for the organization. The most significant changes are:
- The Board of Trustees will elect officers and Trustees at the Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees. Currently, the election is made by the Membership.
- There will be one Vice President. Currently, there are two.
- The Board of Trustees will have term limits; however, these limits may be waived by the Board of Trustees for extenuating circumstances. Currently, there are no term limits.
