According to a 2019 New York Times article, “studies show that dance provides multiple cognitive and physical health benefits, suggesting it may be the kale of exercise.” Whether you’re brand new to tap, are a seasoned dancer or are looking to dust off some old shoes, instructor Debi Coco has decades of experience sharing the joy and anti-aging benefits of dance with her students.
