Slow down, unplug and awaken your senses with a guided immersive experience that combines rest and wandering. First, enjoy a forest bathing session interspersed with facilitated group moments and solo time. Then, using watercolors and paper, let your garden observations inspire waking “dreamscapes” and see what colors, shapes, and patterns emerge. All prompts and levels of participation are optional and open to interpretation.
