Tap into your inner baddie in our signature Level 1 heels class. This class will help you connect to your sensuality in heels with warm-ups, across the floor, and beginner-friendly choreography, and is the perfect first class for Seacoast newbies as well as our regulars. Work on expression, practice retention, grow your confidence, and have fun! Heels are not required but recommended. Be prepared for this class to feel like a party. Instructor: Amanda.
