About this Event

Benefiting Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District Theater: Ferrini Dramatic Arts Center

TICKETS: $25 GENERAL PUBLIC | $10 STUDENT
Hamilton Wenham’s Broadway veteran performer JAKE RYAN FLYNN takes center stage in Being Alive, his debut one-man show brimming with humor, heart, and the raw honesty of growing up in the spotlight.

Through a dynamic blend of song and storytelling, Jake shares the highs and lows of his journey—from star-spangled beginnings, an NFL family to the theater stage—navigating the industry and adolescence through COVID-19, embracing the joys (and awkwardness) of growing up in the business, and reflecting on life as he confidently steps into a new chapter of college, career, and beyond.
With riveting, vulnerable, and soul-stirring music, Being Alive is a heartfelt farewell before he takes flight into the world—one final encore for the places, spaces, and community that shaped him.
Don’t miss this unforgettable night of music, laughter, and reflection.
The evening will feature a special student chorus from the Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District sharing the stage with Jake.
