Details: Join with North Shore Juneteenth for remarks from State Representative and School Committee Member Manny Cruz, NSJA President & Lynn City Councilor Nicole McClain, Spoken Word Artist & Lynn Inaugural City Poet Laureate Michelle La Poetica, and an exceptional performance of Lift Every Voice by Pastor Michael Wheeler.

- 1:00 PM – Frederick Douglass Reading (Led by Antiracist Educator & Local Organizer Toni Waldron)
- 2:15 PM – Special Performance by Coco Brown and The Invitation
- 3:20 PM – Charlotte Forten Sharing Abolitionist Writings (Presented by History Alive Inc.)
- 3:30 PM – Walking Tour on Salem’s Black History (Led by Salem Historical Tours. Free with signups occurring 15 minutes prior, limited to first 40 people who sign up)
- 5:00 PM – World Premiere! Charlotte Forten Documentary Premiere & Panel at Cinema Salem
- 8:30 PM – Free Screening & Popcorn: Black Panther: Wakanda Forever at Salem Common
