About this Event

We know that many people in our community are suffering because of substance use—both the users and those who love them. Yet many of us misunderstand addiction and recovery, or are completely unaware of how many resources there are right in our community.

There’s more help available right in your neighborhood, and at your fingertips, than you know. There’s support for the entire spectrum of substance use; you don’t have to wait until you’re in a crisis to get support for yourself or a loved one.

The Cabot and Be Healthy Beverly invite you to come and have a conversation with some of the North Shore’s most passionate substance use workers about harm reduction, early intervention, and substance use treatment on the North Shore. Be Healthy Beverly, Recovery High School, the PASS program, YOUnity, One Stop Harm Reduction, and Beverly’s Community Impact Unit are coming together to build a community of hope through sharing their experiences and expertise with you. The floor will be open for honest and compassionate discussion.

This forum will imbue much needed compassion and understanding into our community’s thoughts, interactions, and conversations about substance use.
