About this Event
Discover the ancient art of Viking Knit wire weaving in this hands-on jewelry-making class! Perfect for all skill levels, this workshop will teach you how to create stunning handwoven wire pendants featuring natural stones, sea glass, and shells.
Using fine wire, you’ll learn the traditional Viking Knit technique to encase your chosen focal piece in an intricate, yet surprisingly simple, woven design. This method creates one-of-a-kind jewelry components that can be worn as pendants or incorporated into other jewelry designs. Students can expect to complete 2-3 pendants in this 2 hour session.
No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re a beginner jewelry maker or looking to expand your wire-wrapping skills, this class is a great way to add a timeless technique to your repertoire!
Tuesday 6/23/26. 4-6pm $28 +materials.
** *We have a wide selection of glass and ceramic beads, gemstones, pearls, shell, wood and seed beads to choose from.
