In this introductory woodworking class students will have the opportunity to design their own tool box or bench (or similar project), make a materials list, layout and cut the wood and sand on Day 1.  On Day 2 we will join the edges (if nec), assemble, fine sand and learn about finishes.  If time allows, students may also make small projects such as cut-outs of animals and buildings, simple jigsaw puzzles, etc.
