Due to a tulip blight our gardens will have a less dense bulb planting. The decrease in bulbs is reflected in our lower price point. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll come enjoy the beauty of our gardens this year! \nDo children under 2 need a ticket? No\, children 2 and under are free. \nWhat happens if I show up early or late for my entry time? Due to capacity & parking limitations of guests allowed per hour\, we ask that you arrive on time. \nCan I change my date or time? At this time\, we are unable to accommodate date or time changes. \nWhat is the weather policy? This event is rain or shine. However\, unsafe or extreme weather will cancel this event. In the event we have to cancel due to weather\, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date to return\, depending on availability. \nHow should I dress? This is an outdoor event\, please dress for the weather. Our paths can get quite muddy so we recommend shoes you feel comfortable getting wet. \nWhat is the refund policy? Refunds must be requested no later than 7 days before your ticket date to be honored. \nCan I take my family photos or senior portrait during Spring BloomFest? Yes! We sell photo permits for photographers\, all information can be found on our photo permit page. \nCan we bring a picnic? Yes\, you may. We will have food vendors and concessions available for purchase on-site. \nParking\, Facilities\, and Amenities: \nWhere is the parking for this event? Parking will be on-site. The property entrance for Stevens-Coolidge House & Garden is located at 153 Chickering Road\, North Andover MA. \nIs the site wheelchair or stroller accessible? Stevens-Coolidge has accessible crushed stone pathways that are present throughout the property. Off the paths\, the grounds are uneven grass. \nAre dogs allowed? No\, in order to protect our gardens\, dogs are not allowed on our public garden properties at any time. \nIs the interior of the property open to the public during this event? Yes\, our historic house will be open for a self-guided tour experience. SUMMARY:Self-Guided Historic House Tours at Stevens-Coolidge
DESCRIPTION:Step inside the historic elegance of Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens and explore at your own pace with this self-guided house tour experience. \nWander through the beautifully preserved rooms of the early 20th-century home\, once the summer residence of Helen Stevens Coolidge and John Gardner Coolidge. As you move from room to room\, discover stories of the family’s life\, travels\, and passion for horticulture\, reflected in both the architecture and surrounding landscape. \nThroughout the house\, thoughtfully placed signage and interpretive materials will highlight original furnishings\, unique design details\, and the legacy of the property. Guests are encouraged to take their time\, linger in favorite spaces\, and enjoy a deeper connection to the history and character of this special place. There will be an Interpreter inside the house to answer any questions you may have throughout your experience. \nAfter your indoor exploration\, extend your visit with a stroll through the formal gardens and expansive grounds\, where seasonal blooms offer the perfect complement to your tour. \nPlease Note: Our Self-Guided Tour tickets can be purchased onsite only at our Garden Gateway. Our Garden Gateway is the brown building adjacent to the parking lot. Self-Guided Tours are free for Trustees Members and North Andover residents. Please show proof of residency upon your arrival.
