This hands-on class is designed to feel less like a formal cooking lesson and more like gathering with friends around the table to learn something new together. \nWe’ll walk through the foundations of brining and preserving\, talk about seasonal vegetables and flavor pairings\, and guide you through creating your own jars of pickles to take home.
