The programming team is thrilled to bring a powerful lineup to Salem Film Fest 2025! True to our motto, “Come to Salem, see the world,” this year’s selection will feature documentaries that spark conversation and provide fresh perspectives from around the globe. Expect 20-30 feature-length films and 10-20 shorts, with many screenings followed by filmmaker Q&As and panels.

Our unique invitation-only model and revenue-sharing approach support filmmakers directly, creating a festival experience that’s meaningful for all involved. We’re proud to partner with organizations like Brown Girls Doc Mafia and Film Fatales to ensure diverse voices and stories are represented.
