Located in Historic Downtown Salem, Massachusetts, close to area tourist attractions and many diverse local neighborhoods. Lulu’s caters to the casual consumer as well as local customers for their entire bakery and confection needs. Lulu’s founders are Nikki and Jim Economides. Both Nikki and Jim are trained food service and culinary professionals, as well as entrepreneurs. Combined they have more than 60 years of experience in owning, operating, and managing independent restaurants, wholesale bakeries, and institutional food service establishments.
