About this Event
Have you ever wanted to take an improv class but you didn’t know where to begin ? This is a great place to start. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of Improv Comedy. It has many benefits and has been known to help with stress and mental health. Improv can improve the way you communicate and make you a more confident person. Improv Comedy is about Community and connection so who knows you might just make a new friend or 10 along the way. Come have fun and find your funny!
In Improv 101, you will:
- Learn what Yes, And is all about… the backbone of Improv Comedy
- Participate in fun team building and skill building warm up games
- Learn and perform short form games that are similar to what you have seen on whose line is it anyway !?
- Perform structured scene work
- Learn how to be on stage and perform a class show @ Off Cabot at the end!

- Sundays, 12 – 2:00PM

- Class Dates: 10/26, 11/2, 1/9, 11/16, 11/23,
11/30, 12/7, 12/14 - Class Show: 12/16 @ 7PM
