Why Coaching?
I am committed to my own growth and authenticity. There have been many obstacles. Often with fear, and always with bravery, I took them on. And I am so very glad that I did.
Society, including our families, institutions and social media, teaches us so many limitations – so many “shoulds” – that don’t serve us. There is a lot of healing that needs to be done.
I am incredibly lucky to have found so many incredible supports along my journey. Here are a few of my favorites!
* Energy Work (Reiki/Polarity/RYSE)
* Sound Healing (Didgeridoo, Crystal Bowls)
* Yoga and Meditation
* Therapy
* Coaching!
* Laughter Yoga
* Journey Dance
* The Tools/Shadow Work
* Holotropic Breath Work
* Countless… and I mean countless… books filled with wisdom and love
I want to pass on what others have taught me. I do this work to help my clients reclaim their truest selves and purpose.
What is the last thing you read, watched, or listened to that had an impact on you?
Letting Go, The Pathway of Surrender by David Hawkins is an amazing book. Hawkins teaches that thoughts don’t create your mood/emotions. Rather, your emotions lead to your thoughts. Instead of ruminating, it is beneficial to simply locate the feeling in your body and stay still with it. As you focus on it, it begins to dissipate, rather than grow. How powerful is that?
What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you or your business?
Meeting with clients, even when we are in the thick of discussing challenges, energizes me further!
