I have over fifteen years of experience in the theatre & event industry as a designer, manager, & performer and 3+ years of experience in the fitness industry as a studio manager & instructor. Having worn so many hats, there’s very little I haven’t seen. Lucky for our clients, I thrive in chaos. I love a good challenge; messes don’t scare me, disorganization doesn’t hold me back, and nothing gives me joy like making people’s lives easier.
In 2020 many of my co-workers took their fitness classes online. I noticed that fitness instructors were great at running their courses, but were struggling to maintain their business from an admin perspective. I stepped in to assist as a Digital Studio Manager doing everything from organizing their online studio, customer service requests, building websites, running their social media accounts, and the rest was history. It wasn’t just fitness instructors that needed help; it was every entrepreneur and busy human out there.
We are now a full-service client management business offering a range of services to allow business owners and busy humans the freedom to get back to doing what they love most while we organize and grow their businesses virtually. Luneer Mgmt comprises a team of incredible humans working together to care for your business and personal needs.
We aim to help you start a new relationship with your business and life. We take things off your plate so you can return to doing what you enjoy most.
What role do you think your business plays in supporting a more creative community? OR your community in general. (Bonus! Why do you think a more creative community is important?)
At Luneer Mgmt, we are proud to have a team with diverse backgrounds and experiences, including individuals with artistic backgrounds. Our team members’ artistic background enables us to understand the needs and perspectives of creative individuals and businesses, giving us an upper hand in partnering with business owners who have a more creative or neurodivergent brain.
We recognize that individuals in the creative community may have unique needs and perspectives that require tailored support and attention. As such, we leverage our team’s artistic background and expertise to provide personalized support that aligns with our clients’ creative vision, goals, and aspirations.
Moreover, our team’s diverse background allows us to understand the challenges and opportunities that arise in the creative sector. We work closely with our clients to provide comprehensive business operations services that enable them to focus on their creative pursuits while we take care of the administrative and operational tasks.
Our commitment to supporting the creative community and individuals who are neurodivergent is rooted in our belief in the power of creativity to enrich our lives and drive progress. We believe that by supporting individuals and businesses in the creative sector, we are contributing to the growth and development of this community and the broader society.
We believe that a more creative community is essential for personal growth, cultural enrichment, and economic development.
What was the last book you read OR What was the last video you watched that made an impact on you?
I don’t know if it’s long enough to be considered a book, it might be an essay. But Lying by Sam Harris. It’s a really profound piece of work the dives into why lying, even on a small “white lie” scale is bad and the impact that can have on the relationships you have with those around you and how others see you. It completely helped rewire my brain and restore my core values to lead a much more truthful life. So many of tell little white lies in life because it’s easier or we want to shield others from feeling negative towards us or even hurting their feelings, but that instills a sense of distrust on a small level that can really impact their overall outlook and relationship with you, even if its on a subconscious level. It’s a great listen/read. Would recommend!
What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you our your business?
Most of our team is made up of neurodivergent artists who changed the trajectory of their career path because it wasn’t in alignment with the life they wanted to live. Because of that, we have a really amazing culture at the company and work really hard to find ways to scratch our creative itch.
Also, we have a Chief Comfort Officer named Goose (Goose is a dog).
There are 12 of us on the team and we’re all based in North America.
