Have you ever wanted to paint with flowers and leaves? Many plants contain vibrant hues that can be processed to create rich colors. In this class, we will grind petals, leaves, roots, and other plant parts into pigments, and then mix them to make watercolor paints. Each participant will receive a palette of botanical-based paints, and if there’s time, brushes and paper will be provided to test your new watercolors.
