The days are getting longer, the sun is getting hotter, and festival season is getting well underway. Applications for festivals throughout the year have gone live, and if you’re a vendor, it’s time to fill them out and get your vending events calendar ready to go.
Here are some of the upcoming North of Boston Vendor opportunities to be on the lookout for. If you’re new to applying to vendor fairs, check out these tips and tricks by Juls of Salem Style!
Nourish Festival
Dates: Saturday, June 1, 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Vendor Fees: $120 for food trucks. We will be looking for 2-3. $60 for businesses who need a table and chair provided, $45 for businesses who will provide their own table and chair, and $30 for non-profits
Location: Hale Farm, Beverly
Get to know your community while picnicking in the yard, listening to local music, trying your hand at an art activity, or playing a lawn game! The festival is open to all ages, dogs are welcome.
Tickets are $10, seniors & students are $5, and kids under 12 get in FREE!
The Salem Flea
Dates: Every Third Saturday from May to October
Vendor Fees: SALEM Residents: $70, Non-SALEM Residents: $80
Location: Derby Square, Salem, MA
The City of Salem in collaboration with RM & Company invites artisans/vendors to showcase and sell their work the third Saturday from May-September, 10-5pm, in historic downtown Salem at Derby Square on Front Street. This area of the city was originally built as a market place and continues to be an important public plaza and pedestrian walkway.
The Salem Flea will feature a juried selection of vendors of vintage and up-cycled furniture, vintage clothing, collectibles, antiques, architectural salvage as well as a select number of jewelry, art, and handmade goods by local artisans.
Hamilton-Wenham Block Party
Date: Saturday, June 22nd from 3:30-8, Raindate – Sunday, June 23
Vendor Fees: DS Vendors – $75 for 10×10, Crafters – $65 10×10
Location: Hamilton Community House, 284 Bay Road, Hamilton, MA
North Shore Vendor Events is teaming up with the Community House for their Annual Hamilton-Wenham Block Party/Centennial Event with Music, Kids Activities, Food Trucks, Fireworks at dusk, and lots of vendors and crafters!
Peabody Essex Museum Block Party
Date: Saturday, July 27, 2019
Application Deadline: June 1, 2019
Vendor Fees: $100 for a 10X10 space, Creative Collective, Salem Arts Association and Marblehead Arts Association members receive a $15 discount.
Location: Salem – Essex Street between Hawthorne Square and the Armory Park
The annual block party hosted by the Peabody Essex Museum is one of the biggest community events around! Featuring local artisans, live music, Dj’s, food trucks, art-making, activities, dancing and more!

The Creative Collective Merchant Marketplace
After a fantastically successful 2018, the City of Salem has extended Creative Collective’s management contract and we are excited to once again be managing the marketplace in Salem for the last three weekends in October during the Haunted Happenings Celebrations!
