About Us
IntiNova Consulting Services, LLC is a Woman and LGBTQ+-owned consulting firm based in Lynn, Massachusetts, dedicated to empowering small business to thrive. Founded in 2024 by Gladys Muñoz, MPH, MBA, IntiNova was born from a simple but urgent mission: to close the gaps in access, support, and opportunity that disproportionately affect small business owners—especially BIPOC, immigrant, LGBTQ+, and women entrepreneurs. After witnessing firsthand the inequities in how founders access social capital, financial resources, and strategic guidance, IntiNova was created to offer a different kind of support—one rooted in cultural awareness, compassion, and clarity. Today, IntiNova partners with mission-driven entrepreneurs, creative professionals, nonprofits, and community-centered organizations across industries, helping them build with strategy, structure, confidence, and sustainability through business development, marketing, branding, and financial guidance.

About the Founder
Gladys Muñoz (she/they), MPH, MBA, is the founder and CEO of IntiNova Consulting. After recognizing that the same inequities she saw in public health—health disparities, systemic barriers, and underserved communities—were also deeply embedded in the business landscape, Gladys started IntiNova to provide the culturally informed guidance many entrepreneurs were missing. As a first-generation Latina and LGBTQ+ founder, Gladys brings both professional expertise in business strategy, marketing, and financial development, and lived experience navigating complex systems. Her passion is simple: to help people build the businesses and community initiatives they dream of, with the support they deserve.
