Founded in 2018, LEADS (Leaders Engaged and Activated to Drive System-wide Change) is a transformative nonprofit organization revolutionizing leadership development in Massachusetts Gateway Cities. Through our Harvard Business School-inspired curriculum and experiential learning approach, we cultivate diverse, cross-sector leaders who drive lasting community change.
