We are fast approaching the Holidays. Some of us have family in town by choice, and some of us may have been under duress when agreeing to host. Both scenarios require you to entertain them while visiting on the Northshore. If deciding on a place to eat that everyone Can appreciate is difficult, then I’m here to help. Bambolina boasts a custom Pizza oven that was Created by Craftsman Mario Acunto just outside the city of Naples in Italy. The restaurant was practically built around this oven, and here’s so much history and tradition tied to this magnificent piece of equipment. Bambolinas pizza oven is set to 900degres and uses oak, birch, and maple wood to fuel/Flavor.  In 90 seconds, you can consider your pizza done. Pro-tip. Order a couple of pizzas to share as an app with your drinks. They may be ready by the time your waiter delivers your drink order to the table. 

#2  Menu updates

If it’s been a while since your last visit, you need to stop in. Bambolinas menu changes seasonally. Right now, you can cheers to the holidays with a pomegranate spritzer that is to die for (spritzer has Pomegranate, cranberry, rosemary,& Prosseco)and a Local Autumsquash soup that shouldn’t be missed(Soup is topped with a maple Chantilly Cream). These items and more will only be available for the season.

#3 The Ambiance

The second you walk through the door, Bambolina has a charming way of making you feel at home. The decor has a rustic feel that complements its Italian theme. Tables and chairs look distressed and lived in. This immediately made me feel super comfortable bringing my little rugrat in for my next visit. The music playing softly in the background creates a fun, upbeat atmosphere that bridges every generational gap.
