Guided by an experienced instructor from The Yoga Loft, the class focuses on gentle movement, deep stretching, and mindful breathing — perfect for releasing tension and transitioning into a restful evening. Surrounded by blooming gardens and the soft glow of golden hour, you will experience a serene connection to nature that soothes both body and mind. Bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable layers for the cooler evening air. After class, linger in the gardens and take in the beauty of dusk. Space is limited — pre-registration required.
