About this Event

A session on financial planning tools that help individuals with disabilities save and manage money while maintaining access to benefits.

What Participants Will Learn

  • Understand how ABLE accounts and Special Needs Trusts support long-term financial planning
  • Compare key differences in how ABLE accounts and Special Needs Trusts are used and managed
  • Learn how these tools protect eligibility for SSI, SSDI, and MassHealth.

Registration is required.
Once registered, participants will receive a Zoom link to join the webinar.

PDP Information (Educators)

Are you an educator looking to claim PDPs?
The Northeast Transition Collaborative Network (NTCN) is a DESE-approved PDP provider.

To be eligible for PDPs under Special Education – Transition, participants must:

  • Attend NTCN sessions totaling 10 hours
  • Complete a post-session feedback survey
  • Complete a 3-month follow-up assessment
  • Complete a 6-month follow-up assessment

A certificate of attendance will be sent after completion of the post-session feedback survey.
NTCN tracks participant hours and will issue a certificate of completion once the 10-hour requirement and all follow-up components are met.
