Start your day surrounded by the beauty of the gardens and fresh summer air with Morning Yoga in the Gardens at Stevens-Coolidge House and Gardens. This gentle, all-levels yoga session invites you to move, stretch, and breathe among blooming flowers, historic landscapes, and the peaceful sounds of nature. Led by an experienced instructor from The Yoga Loft, each class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and find a sense of calm — whether you are a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time. Bring your own mat, water, and comfortable clothing. After class, take time to explore the gardens and enjoy the beauty of the morning at your own pace. Space is limited — pre-registration required.
