The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio

About the Member

The Artful Life Counseling Center and Studio LLC began as a shared passion for expressive arts therapies and a common desire to provide an alternative approach to behavioral health services on the North Shore. After several years of being in private practice, Natalie Blue LMHC and Madelene Pario LMHC ATR-BC founded The Artful Life in 2016. Within the field of behavioral health, The Artful Life has been able to offer an alternative to traditional mental health counseling for individuals of all ages through the use of expressive arts therapy. Expressive arts therapy is a mental health profession integrating a diverse range of art forms including visual arts, movement, drama, creative writing, music and play to assist clients in visualizing emotions, reduce stress, increase self-awareness and improve social skills. We offer individual, family and group counseling as well as providing monthly art groups and workshops on a variety of subjects.
