Salem Haunted Happenings returns this October with a full month of programming, including the popular Haunted Happenings Marketplace and Vendor Fair, presented by the City of Salem and managed by Creative Collective. The market and all the programming is supported by Vampfangs, Salem Main Streets, Peabody Essex Museum, The Lobster Shanty, the Halloween Museum and Emporium 32.

More than 200 artisan vendors will be participating in the marketplace on both Derby Square and on Salem Common throughout the month. The marketplace being located on the common is a new addition in 2021, designed to accommodate social distancing and the influx of visitors expected to arrive this Halloween season.

In addition to the marketplace, visitors to Salem this October can expect a calendar full of film nights, costume spectacles, ghost stories, harbor tours, live music and theatre, magic shows, themed museums, reenactments, and walking tours. On the Salem Common you will be able to enjoy live entertainment by local performers, drag, rituals, costume contests, food offerings by Fiesta shows and more!
