Spring has sprung and Summer is just around the corner, come shake off the winter blues with the shops on Artists’ Row at our seasons’ grand opening Artists’ Row Market Day Launch Party.

On Saturday, May 1, 2021 Artists’ Row will come alive with activity. Starting at 10am visitors can meet local artists, see them in their natural habitat, participate in free hands-on art making activities, sign up for workshops, listen to some live tunes, grab a bite to eat and even do a bit of shopping. There is so much the shops on Artists’ Row have to offer, don a mask and come down for a visit.

ChagallPAC will offer up an eclectic array of handcrafted jewelry, fiber arts, poetry books, painting and so much more at their booth so passerby can get a taste of all this amazing collective of artists has to offer. Visitors will also be able to engage with a variety of COVID safe hands-on art making activities and musical performances.  From 4-7pm the lively sounds of the Matt Savage Quartet will fill the Row.

The Chagall Performance Art Collaborative (Chagall PAC) is a community of artists committed to collaborating across disciplines and exploring the ways we experience art. We believe art is never the same in any given moment, but rather evolving and continually being shaped by the imaginations of those who come into contact with it.  We create performances that involve audience participation and expand to the newest reaches of contemporary performance art. ChagallPac is located in Unit 1 on Artists’ Row.  They are currently open Fridays 12-6pm and Saturdays & Sundays 10am-6pm. Following the kick-off party in May, the shop will be open every weekday 12-6pm and weekends 10am-6pm. Visitors can also enjoy live music outside on Artists’ Row every Friday and Saturday night throughout the summer. Learn more at: chagallpac.com

Beverly Bees will roll out a table where visitors can learn about bees and how to help them by planting a bee friendly garden; view honeybees at work in their observation hive; and peruse a wide variety of hand made locally harvested beeswax candles and gifts. They will also have their own raw honey, native bee houses and supplies and bee friendly organic seeds and plants available to purchase.

Beverly Bees is located on Artists’ Row in Unit 2. They offer handmade beeswax candles, award winning honey and bee skin care from their very own bees! Watch them make candles in hundreds of shapes and designs from pillars, tapers, votives, pumpkins, skulls, wolves, dragons, witches, zombies and more. Get delicious local raw honey fresh from the hive to tantalize your taste buds or handmade beeswax lip balms, lotions, and salves to delight your skin, and smell the sweet honey aroma of their handmade beeswax candles as they burn. Learn about bees, beekeeping, bee removal, how to help save bees and so much more. You can even view live bees in the shop’s observation hive as a fun bonus.
