The Bridges Philosophy

As a team, Bridges aims to contribute to the globalization process by bridging communities through food, culture, and art. Many people associate South Asian cuisine with heat and bold spices, but Bridges’ cooking is close to home-style—gently seasoned, balanced, and approachable. The restaurant instills a refreshing impression of the South Asian culinary world. Portions are 16 oz—just the right amount to satisfy hunger while staying light, energized, and comfortable long after eating.

Community Connection

Bridges has been part of local farmers’ markets (Salem & Newton) for many years and recently participated in The Natural Living Expo, the Vegan Market, Western Mass Veg Food Fest, and RI Veg Festival. By vending in various locations, the team meets and has conversations with people from all walks of life, which makes their journey meaningful and allows them to share their craft of cooking with as many people as possible.
