One clear route

How the board works.

A member brings the need. Creative Collective checks the record. The public responds directly to the person or organization behind it.

1. A member shares it.

The submission includes the work, pay when applicable, timing, location, and an approved public contact route.

2. The team reviews it.

Creative Collective confirms membership, checks the source, asks for missing details, and assigns a deadline or review date.

3. People connect directly.

Applicants and collaborators use the source’s own route. Creative Collective does not collect applications or résumés.

For Creative Collective members

Have work to share?

Use the Members Lounge to send a job, paid project need, or specific availability offer for review. Tell us what you need, who it is for, what it pays when applicable, when it closes, and how the public should respond.

Submitting a listing does not publish it automatically. The team may edit for clarity, ask for missing information, or hold a post that does not fit the board.

Useful answers

Questions about the board.

Who can view the Jobs & Collaborations board?

Everyone. The board is publicly accessible and does not require a Creative Collective login.

Who can post a listing?

Only active Creative Collective members can submit a job, paid project need, or specific work-availability offer. Creative Collective staff reviews each submission before publication.

Are these jobs employed by Creative Collective?

No, unless a listing explicitly names Creative Collective as the employer. Most listings come from member businesses and organizations. Employment terms, hiring decisions, and applications are handled by the source named on each listing.

How do I apply or respond?

Use the action on the listing to reach the employer or member directly. Creative Collective does not collect applications, résumés, portfolios, or sensitive hiring information through the board.

How current are the listings?

Listings with deadlines leave the board after the deadline. Undated listings receive a staff review date and are removed automatically unless the source confirms that they are still active.

Does Creative Collective endorse or guarantee a listing?

No. This board is a community clearinghouse, not an endorsement or hiring service. Creative Collective reviews listings for source, completeness, membership, and fit, but does not independently verify or guarantee pay, responsibilities, deadlines, availability, workplace conditions, hiring decisions, or outcomes. Details may change or close without notice, so confirm the current terms directly with the named source.
