A member brings the need. Creative Collective checks the record. The public responds directly to the person or organization behind it.
1. A member shares it.
The submission includes the work, pay when applicable, timing, location, and an approved public contact route.
2. The team reviews it.
Creative Collective confirms membership, checks the source, asks for missing details, and assigns a deadline or review date.
3. People connect directly.
Applicants and collaborators use the source’s own route. Creative Collective does not collect applications or résumés.

Listings with deadlines leave the board after the deadline. Undated listings receive a staff review date and are removed automatically unless the source confirms that they are still active.
