What you will hear

The story behind the work.

A business can be visible while the person who built it stays hidden. Creativity Connects makes room for the parts that do not fit inside a pitch.

01 · THE PERSON

Beyond the polished answer

The unexpected pivots, messy middles, values, and lived experiences that shaped the woman behind the work.

02 · THE PRACTICE

What keeps her creating

The rituals, relationships, risks, and sources of joy that help people keep building when the path is not linear.

03 · THE CONNECTION

A story with somewhere to travel

Each conversation lives across audio, video, editorial, search, social, and email so the story can meet people in more than one place.

Meet your host

Mikki makes room for the truth behind the title.

Mikki Wilson is the founder of Dot Connector Consulting and the host of Creativity Connects. Known as “The Dot Connector,” she brings people, ideas, and communities together through trust-based connection and human-centered leadership.

Her gift on the mic is not turning a life into a sound bite. It is creating enough room for a guest to be candid about the person behind the business, the relationships that shaped her, and the parts of the journey people rarely see.
