Our Ballet Level 1 sessions are designed to be completely beginner-friendly and welcoming to every body and background. Whether you have never pointed a toe or you are looking to reconnect with your inner dancer, our instructors meet you exactly where you are at, breaking down each movement with care, patience, and fun in mind. We focus on building body awareness, posture, alignment, and strength, without the pressure or perfectionism. You will leave class feeling more connected, graceful, and grounded in your body.
