Rainbowdance® is a six-week therapeutic movement and music group for children ages 3–5. Through rhythm, storytelling, imaginative play, and gentle movement, children practice emotional expression, self-regulation, social connection, and a greater sense of safety in relationships.

What to expect

• Developmentally attuned music, rhythm, movement, and storytelling
• Playful activities supporting sensory, social, and emotional development
• A small, supportive group environment
• An individual intake before the group and a parent follow-up consultation afterward

Fall 2026 schedule

Six Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 PM: October 21 and 28; November 4, 11, 18, and 25. Instructor: Pascale Mimran-Ugbabe.

Insurance, registration, and cancellations

This therapeutic group includes an individual intake, six group sessions, and a follow-up parent consultation. Each appointment is billed to the child’s health insurance; copays, coinsurance, or deductibles may apply. The Artful Life requires 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments are billed directly at $115 for an intake or consultation and $40 for a group session.
