About this Event
Step back into the world of the American Revolution as Hale Farm comes alive with the sights and sounds of a Revolutionary War military muster. Meet soldiers in period dress, learn about military training and daily life in the eighteenth century, and discover what it took to prepare for war in New England.
Throughout the day, visitors can explore demonstrations of historic skills and trades, meet vendors practicing traditional crafts, and shop for handmade goods. From military demonstrations to the work of skilled artisans, the program offers a lively glimpse into the people, skills, and communities that shaped life during the Revolution.
Set against the historic backdrop of Hale Farm, this engaging program brings Beverly’s Revolutionary-era history to life. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a family looking for a memorable day out, or simply curious about life in the eighteenth century, there’s something to discover. Free and open to the public.
