About this Event

Meet at 18 Broad St., Salem MA
Note that this is an entirely different tour from my Kids History Tour. Different route; different stories. Join us for a 1-hour tour of the curious sites, hidden side streets, and hauntings of Salem. You’ll hear a blend of spooky stories that are just right for kids and the young at heart, as well as tales from history where truth is stranger than fiction. This tour is off the beaten path and very unique! Salem Kids Tours are best for children ages 6+. All kids are welcome, but please bring a toy or other distraction for kids under age 5, as they sometimes become “bewitched”. Thanks for understanding.

Itinerary

Meet at c. 1660 Pickering House
Visit Broad Street Cemetery, the resting place of key characters in the Witch Hysteria
Investigate the ancient schools on Broad St.
Hear stories of Hamilton Hall (1805)
Examine a “Witch Spoon”
Visit the outside of Alison’s House from Hocus Pocus (a/k/a The Ropes Mansion)
See the famous Witch House

Highlights

Led by certified MA educators who love kids and understand how kids learn best.
No other tour in Salem has a team of guide exclusively made up of teachers.
