About this Event

Monthly Watercolor Workshop

Apple Picking Time!

As we enter the fall season, we’ll celebrate a beloved New England tradition: apple picking!

For this workshop, participants will paint an apple right from the tree against a blue sky, inspired by a photograph Emmanuelle took at Brooksby Farm and simplified for painting.

The goal is to let go of the pressure to create a perfect painting and simply enjoy observing and painting a small motif that captures the feeling of a place or moment.

Join French watercolor artist Emmanuelle Le Gal for an evening of creativity in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Through live demonstrations and hands-on instruction, participants will explore watercolor while creating their own painting.

Beginners and experienced artists are all welcome! These workshops are a wonderful opportunity to relax, experiment, and discover a more spontaneous way of working with watercolor. They are also a great way to begin a creative journey or find support and inspiration along the way.
