About this Event

Come to an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative space for all writers!

Mission

To create an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative space for writers of all genres, mediums, and experience levels to share work, develop craft, and build creative community.

Who It’s For

Open to all writers—fiction, non-fiction, poetry, memoir, journalism, screenwriting, playwriting, novelists, short story writers, and more. Whether you’re drafting your first paragraph or polishing your tenth book, you’re welcome.

Meeting Structure

  • Introductions (10–15 minutes)Members introduce themselves, their medium(s), and current projects or goals.
  • Focused Writing Time (20 – 25 minutes). Dedicated “heads-down” writing session.
  • Voluntary WIP Discussion (10–15 minutes)Members may share updates on works in progress, challenges, breakthroughs, or questions for the group. This is discussion-based unless pre-submitted work has been shared.
  • Wrap Up (10-15 minutes) Time at the end of the meeting for members to chat and get to know each other a little more. Provides members the opportunity to find: Beta reader sign-ups, Accountability partnerships, Co-writing opportunities, Local creative events and resources
