The annual Mayor’s Night Out trick or treat experience fell on Friday, October 4th this year, inspiring hundreds of kids and adults to don their fanciest of costumes for the event. Creative Collective hosted a photobooth on the Essex Street Pedestrian Mall, and many of the most expertly dressed stopped by to have their photos taken on their trick or treat route.
