I’m Anita, a floral designer with a deep passion for crafting visually captivating spaces and experiences. My approach merges dramatic design sensibilities with a love of storytelling to create unforgettable and one-of-a-kind events.

My background is in theatre and theatrical design, so I am always looking for ways to tell a story or create an experience. Floral design can transform a space from ordinary to extraordinary and I am constantly excited to figure out new ways to do that.
What is the last thing you read, watched, or listened to that had an impact on you?
I watched an interview with Mike Tomlin, Head Coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he said he treats every day with immediacy because his players don’t have the luxury of a long career like he does. I can apply that same idea when I work with couples. This is their One Big Day, so I owe it to them to show up with my best because they don’t get to do another wedding the following week like I do.
What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you or your business?
People might be surprised to learn very little of my job is daintily carrying around bouquets. It’s about 90% schlepping and 10% playing with flowers. And 100% being covered in dirt, water, tape, and glue.
