In your words… Tell us about your organization, business, initiative.

Wicked Wonders Shop was born from a love of horror, true crime, and darkness, with a side of sarcasm and creativity. We put ourselves into every piece that we create. Our shop specializes in horror and true crime, but we also offer other creepy, witchy, and spiritual-inspired products. We are known best for our tumblers, glassware, t-shirts, coasters, and keychains, but our collection is always growing.

Tell us a bit about you and why you do what you do? Share your passions for your business, initiative, organization.

I’m someone who’s always been drawn to creativity and the satisfaction of crafting things by hand. After feeling unfulfilled in a traditional 9-5 job, I made the bold decision to dive into unconventional creative pursuits that resonated with my personal aesthetic. While my business has gained recognition for its unique tumblers and t-shirts, my passion for learning new crafts constantly drives me to expand our product offerings. From experimenting with various mediums to embracing new techniques, I’m always eager to infuse fresh ideas into our shop’s inventory.

What role do you think your business plays in supporting a more creative community? OR your community in general. (Bonus! Why do you think a more creative community is important?)

As a women-owned business born from a simple dream of crafting what I love, I offer the creative community an immersive experience that sparks the imagination. Beyond crafting my own products, I cherish collaborating with other companies to enhance their branding and elevate their small businesses. While this aspect may not be heavily promoted, it’s a passion of mine to contribute to the success of fellow entrepreneurs, driving growth and innovation in our community.

What was the last book you read OR What was the last video you watched that made an impact on you?

I am on a self-development book trend and have finished these last 3 that I am loving and keep going back to them. (I am a huge book fan) 5am Club – The Compound Effect – This Year I Will.

What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you or your business?

How did it start? From a humble birthday gift to a business – that’s the journey I’ve been on since I made a present for my best friend and shared it in a Facebook group. What started as a simple gesture has turned into something beyond my wildest dreams. Never underestimate the power of a small idea and a big platform. 4 years later it is still one of my best-selling products!
