About Us

Founded in 1869, the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem is Massachusetts’ oldest and the nation’s second-oldest Boys & Girls Club. We provide essential youth development programs serving over 500 children ages 5-18 daily across three locations. Our mission is to nurture, value, and inspire young people by providing a safe, fun, and supportive community that builds usable skills and enhances self-esteem.
