About Us
Founded in 2001, Salem Main Streets (SMS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing downtown Salem as a vibrant year-round destination. Under the leadership of Executive Director Kylie Sullivan, we partner with local businesses, the City of Salem, and community volunteers to strengthen our historic downtown district through innovative programs and events.
Our Services
We provide comprehensive support to downtown businesses while producing signature community events that attract thousands of visitors and residents throughout the year. Our work follows the National Main Street Four-Point Approach™, focusing on organization, promotion, economic restructuring, and design.
