About Seaside Glass and Beading

Seaside Glass and Beading creates handcrafted kiln-formed glass art and woven bead jewelry inspired by the New England coast. Owned by artist Lisa Richardson-Bach, the studio is based in Marblehead, steps from the Atlantic shoreline that shapes every piece. From glass bowls and sculptural art to wearable bead jewelry, each creation reflects the colors and movement of the sea.

Our Experience

Lisa spent years as an aerospace engineer before turning to kiln-formed glass, first exploring stained glass and then fused glass technique. She has worked as a glass artist for thirty years and a bead artist for fifteen, studying under master glass artists along the way. Furthermore, her engineering background shows up in the precision behind every firing cycle, color combination, and design.
