From the Mindful Creative

My guest today is Nathan Shultz. He’s a coach who helps founders and executives make high impact changes in their lives and careers by connecting purpose and profit. He’s a part of the broader Conscious Capitalism movement that’s taking root in our country, which I think is all for the better.

He also brings light into the world through his men’s work with a group called Evryman, which was featured in The New York Times and GQ Magazine. His work helps to rewrite the definition of ‘the everyman’ that has taken up residence in our collective consciousness, bringing the best of masculine identities forward while also inviting us to let go of the armor that so many of us think we need to wear.

If you’ve been listening to past episodes, you know how much I care about the question of what it is to be a conscious man. I’ve had amazing conversations around this with guests like Robert Mulhall and Yotam Schachter, and now you can add Nathan to the list.

He is a wonderfully caring, heartfelt, and open-minded soul who shows up with deep authenticity and a true commitment to interrogating and evolving our ideas of masculinity, leadership, and purpose. We had a really rich and meaningful conversation, and I got a ton from it. I hope that you do too.
