About Us
Founded in 2016 by Natalie Blue and Madelene Pario, The Artful Life is the largest expressive arts mental health group practice on the North Shore. Our mission is to facilitate healing and personal growth through creative processes, with over 30 licensed therapists providing evidence-based care in our welcoming 7,700 sq ft studio space.

We offer comprehensive mental health counseling and expressive arts therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults ages 3 and up, combining creative exploration with research-backed therapeutic approaches.
