What are Bonche Latin Nights?
Bonche Latin Nights are super fun, engaging, Latin dancing nights presented by Cojuelos’ Productions at Brothers Taverna. These nights are hosted to create a community around dancing, music, and culture in an inclusive and social fun environment and to celebrate the cultural diversity we all enjoy in the North Shore. Saturdays in the North Shore now come with Latin Vibes!!
BONCHE Latin Nights with Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Latin Pop, Reggeaton, the hottest DJ mixes and more!!! We offer creative drinks, delicious appetizers, in a cool hang-out. Folks can now save the trip to Boston because BONCHE Latin Nights are now every other Saturday in Salem!!
¿Que son las Noches Latinas de BONCHE?
Las Noches Latinas de BONCHE son noches súper divertidas y atractivas de baile latino, presentadas por Cojuelos’ Productions en Brothers Taverna. Estas noches se celebran para crear una comunidad alrededor del baile, la música y la cultura en un ambiente de diversión incluyente y social y para celebrar la diversidad cultural que todos disfrutamos en el north shore.

Who can come to these nights? Can anyone attend?
Anyone 21+ years of age with ID is welcome to attend. You don’t have to be a dancer to come!! just bring your joy for meeting new people and interacting over drinks and diverse music. We will host games and special promotions to get you in the mood for a good time.

Cualquier persona mayor de 21 años con identificación es bienvenida a asistir. ¡No tienen que ser bailarines para venir! Simplemente traigan su alegría y deseo de conocer gente nueva e interactuar compartiendo bebidas y disfrutando de música variada. When and where do they take place? Does it cost anything?
BONCHE Latin Nights take place every other Saturday, starting on 2/2/19 from 10 PM – 12:45 AM at Brothers Taverna. No cover charge at the door! Free and open to all over 21 years old. Drinks and Appetizer specials! Cojuelos’ Productions is hosting these nights with the hope of creating a destination every other Saturday, where everyone knows that there will be having a fun time with neighbors and friends in a safe and welcoming environment.

What role does Cojuelos’ Productions play in the community?
Cojuelos’ Productions was created with social justice, creativity, and inclusion in the forefront. It was founded in 2018 by Rosario Ubiera-Minaya with the goal of creating awareness and educating about social justice issues affecting our local communities. Through special and creative programming and facilitated activities, Cojuelos’ Productions curates unique experiences and events using art and creativity as tools for engagement.
Our company focuses explicitly on creating a platform for elevating under-represented cultures and communities of color by promoting and managing creatives of color (musicians, visual artists, authors, and performers) representing different cultural groups. We develop opportunities for showcasing their art, passion, and creativity at the same time that we contribute to their professional growth and the growth of our communities. Cojuelos’ Productions also coordinates murals and installations for commercial and residential projects through a collective of visual artists.
