Founded in 2010, Notch Brewing pioneered session beer brewing in America, bringing authentic European brewing traditions to Massachusetts. Our traditional decoction brewhouse, open fermentation vessels, and horizontal lagering tanks create genuine Czech and German-style beers. With locations in historic Salem and vibrant Brighton, we’re committed to crafting flavorful, lower-alcohol beers that honor centuries-old brewing traditions.
