Tell us a bit about you and why you do what you do? Share your passions for your business, initiative, organization.

I like connecting with others through photography. Usually, my job brings me close to people when something positive is happening with an artist, professional, business, brand, or organization.

I help capture and promote the stories my clients need to tell others. It’s as important as ever for businesses and brands to tell their stories through photography, and I’m happy to be a part of that solution.

What role do you think your business plays in supporting a more creative community? OR your community in general. (Bonus! Why do you think a more creative community is important?)

My mission is to always tell an authentic story through images of clients, guests, and the communities that we serve. My work takes place in classrooms, boardrooms, community gardens, conference centers, and more; for federal, state, global, national, local small businesses, mom-and-pop shops, and even Fortune 500 Companies.

I recognize that each person I capture in images are individuals with unique goals, passions, lifestyles, and histories. It is important to me to represent our diverse communities in-front-of and behind the camera. All stories are human stories, and deserve to be told!

What was the last book you read or film you watched that made an impact on you?

Aside from cookbooks, my latest books were “SuperLife” by Darin Olien and “The Hungry Brain” by Dr. Stephan Guyenet.

What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you our your business?

I love to cook! Baking, grilling, slow cooker, or skillet, I look forward to planning what to cook next. Cooking gives me a way to make something analog when most of my work is digital.
