Staffing Studio is a local, candidate focused, DEI obsessed staffing agency that helps individuals and businesses connect with each other in professional career bliss. We’ve helped countless businesses find their perfect match and we’ve helped even more find their culture groove to make the workplace a great space to bring your whole self. Diversity drives innovation!

Tell us a bit about you and why you do what you do? Share your passions for your business, initiative, organization.

My passion is kicking down doors and making space at the table for people who need more help getting to an equitable relationship in the workplace. Having grown up in an underdog situation, I have absolutely no patience for bad workplace practices.

What role do you think your business plays in supporting a more creative community? OR your community in general. (Bonus! Why do you think a more creative community is important?)

I think being able to bring your whole self to work drives innovation. I think people who feel safe to be different and creative come up with better ideas, statistically. To sum it up; more creative workplaces out-perform their market 10/10 times.

What’s the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you our your business?

I grew up in foster care and I was actually homeless for a while after I aged-out.
