Essex County Community Foundation

Essex County Community Foundation’s (ECCF) mission is to inspire philanthropy that strengthens the communities of Essex County. They do this by managing charitable assets, strengthening and supporting nonprofits, and engaging in strategic community leadership. Since 1998, ECCF and it’s family of 225 charitable funds have granted over $80 million to nonprofits, schools, and students in Essex County. Their goal is to improve the quality of life for the region’s 750,000+ residents and to help ensure that the 34 cities and towns of Essex County thrive.
